Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) – Free on orders over $60, otherwise a flat rate of $15.

Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days) – $25 flat rate.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within USA only.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
  • If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Fit Fusion Flex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for assistance.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays may affect shipments.
